POSTAGE:

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Second Class delivery.

I post out most week days and a shipping notification is sent to you once your parcel is at the post office. Once the parcel leaves my hands it is the responsibility of Royal Mail, however, I will always try to assist if a problem arises.

Postage is a flat fee of 3.50GBP

PACKAGING:

I try my very best to use recyclable and/or reusable packing materials.

MADE TO ORDER?

Everything in my shop is in stock and ready to post. 

I currently don’t take custom orders.
